I had a decent stay at Pier 7 Condominiums. The cleanliness was a standout feature, but I found the rooms a bit dated. The location was great for accessing nearby attractions, although the road noise was a bit much at times.
Rooms
6.0
The unit was spacious with two bathrooms, perfect for my needs. However, the furnishings felt a bit outdated, and the road noise was disruptive.
Service
8.0
The staff was really accommodating and friendly. They handled requests for towels and were quick to fix any issues I had during my stay.
Location
7.0
I loved the convenience of the location; it made exploring the Cape a breeze. Still, the noise from the busy road outside was quite noticeable.
Dining
8.0
There were great dining options nearby, which made it easy to grab a meal without having to drive far.
Facilities

The pool area was clean and inviting, even though I didn't get a chance to use it this time. The indoor spaces felt well-maintained.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at Pier 7 Condominiums, with a clean and spacious unit that offered a full-size refrigerator and two bathrooms. However, the noise from Rt. 28 was a bit distracting, and some furniture was uncomfortable.
Rooms
8.0
My one-bedroom unit had a cozy layout with two small bathrooms, but the sofa was uncomfortable and made my husband's sciatica flare up. I liked having a full-size refrigerator and two flatscreen TVs, yet I struggled to use the coffee maker due to the dishes being out of reach.
Service
8.0
The staff, particularly Bob and Cathy in the office, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me warmly during check-in and were quick to assist with any questions I had.
Location
8.0
Pier 7 is conveniently located right on Rt. 28, which is great for access to local attractions like mini-golf and restaurants. However, this also means the road noise can be significant, especially in the bedroom.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed having a kitchenette to prepare simple breakfasts, though I didn't use it much beyond that. There are many dining options nearby, which is a big plus when you're on vacation.
Facilities
8.0
The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and inviting, although I didn't use them much during my stay. I appreciated the outdoor grilling area, and the daily towel exchange service was a nice touch.

I had a mixed experience at Pier 7 Condominiums. The location was convenient for exploring Cape Cod, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my studio, but overall, it felt a bit dated and basic. The Wi-Fi was awful, which was frustrating, especially when trying to relax. Management could improve communication around policies, as I encountered issues on arrival that added unnecessary stress.
Rooms
6.0
My studio was clean and had recently refurbished amenities, but it felt quite small and a bit dated in decor. Overall, the atmosphere was more basic than luxurious.
Service
5.0
The staff I interacted with were friendly and responsive, but the communication about pet policies was really lacking, leading to a frustrating check-in experience.
Location
7.0
The location was great for getting around Cape Cod, positioned conveniently near restaurants and attractions, but it was also on a busy road that contributed to some noise.
Dining
7.0
I didn't eat at the onsite dining option, but I noticed there were plenty of dining options nearby, like the Kentucky Kitchen just up the road.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a clean indoor pool and a children's play area, but I found the outdoor areas small and not particularly inviting for relaxation.

My stay at Pier 7 Condominiums was enjoyable, thanks to the spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the internet connectivity was quite poor, which made it difficult for me to work during my vacation. Overall, it's a centrally located resort that offers good value for exploring Cape Cod.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were large and clean, but the configuration with two queen beds made it a bit crowded. I think a king bed would have been a better fit (especially for moving around!).
Service
10.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to offer local recommendations. I really appreciated their warm demeanor (they even came out personally to help with my key!).
Location
8.0
The resort's location right on Rt. 28 was fantastic for accessing various attractions in Cape Cod. I found it close to a lot of restaurants and fun activities, but the traffic was pretty heavy (so keep that in mind).
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the variety of nearby dining options, particularly the Kentucky Kitchen, which is a must-try! Having so many choices made meals easy and enjoyable.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was clean and inviting, and I appreciated the outdoor grills available for use. However, the internet was a significant drawback, often slow and unreliable, which affected my ability to work.

I had a mixed experience at Pier 7 Condominiums. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and the staff was incredibly helpful. However, my unit felt cramped and poorly decorated, which diminished my comfort during the stay.
Rooms
6.0
The one-bedroom apartment was small and poorly decorated, especially with oversized furniture crammed into the space. The closet was inadequate as it was part of the kitchen furniture. Also, the bed's headboard was loose, which made sleeping uncomfortable. While it had two bathrooms that made things easier, I found the space tight for more than just a couple of adults.
Service
8.0
The staff were accommodating and always ready to help with recommendations for local dining and attractions. They provided beach passes daily which was a great perk for enjoying the local beaches.
Location
7.0
Being centrally located in Cape Cod was a highlight. It was easy to explore the area and there were many nearby dining options. However, I did notice some noise from the road which could be distracting at times.
Dining
6.0
I appreciated the variety of nearby dining options, which made it easier to find meals without having to drive too far. However, I did wish that cooking was allowed in the units to give me more flexibility.
Facilities

The indoor pool area was clean and inviting, which I enjoyed. However, the lack of any outdoor seating really limited the spaces for relaxation outside of my unit. I did enjoy the outdoor grilling area which was a great addition for groups.
